Give deep cuts on breast & thigh.In a bowl add lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste and Shan Lahori Charga masala. Mix well and apply on each chicken piece evenly. Marinate for about 6-8 hours or over night..In a steamer steam the chicken till it becomes tender..OR In a large deep pan pour 2 cups of water, place turn over plate or sieve and place the chicken on plate or sieve. Cover the pan and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat until chicken becomes tender..In a deep wok, heat oil and fry chicken until it turns golden from all sides. Sprinkle Mehran chat masala and lemon juice. Serve with ketchup, chutney and fresh salad.
